A few examples that highlight the breadth of projects we take on within the real estate market include –
- Building up multiple Teams in Ireland for varied clients, including REPE and top tier investment banks, often at the start of their journeys in the Irish Market – working to advise on all aspects of hiring strategy to optimise impact and results. Building up full teams from Head of Real Estate down to Associate.
- Working with a leading Irish retailer to identify a new Group Property Director.
- Working with a leading UK based REIT, focused on the retail and leisure space, to hire a new MD in Ireland – responsible for one of the biggest retail, leisure and commercial property centres in Ireland.
- Building a market map of Logistics Fund Managers across Europe for a real estate private equity firm buying a portfolio that would bring them into new markets. Identifying the right candidates to lead the charge.
- Working with a leading US backed UK based Real Estate firm to build out a new team in the business, focusing on medium-term and bridge lending.
- Working alongside a boutique real estate PE fund to build out their team from Finance Director, Analyst, Associate, to Hotel Asset Manager, Office Asset Manager and a development team.
- Working for a well-known Global Real Estate Private Equity team to build out their UK team.
- Building a student housing team for one of the largest privately held real estate investors and asset managers in the world to enable them to take advantage of this sector across Europe. Maintaining a long term relationship with a global real estate investor, being their go to search agent for senior hires in markets such as Spain, UK, Ireland.
- Mapping out and successfully placing Spanish Asset Management and Transactional Senior Management for a London based team looking to put boots on the ground in Madrid.
Some of our favourite assignments have involved working with new funds in the market, supporting their growth and helping shape their strategy with the introduction of the first hire through to the build out of subsequent silos within the business such as investment, asset management, Finance & Ops, Business Development etc.
