Juliet Ledbetter
Juliet co-founded Mayfly Search in 2008. She has built a successful real estate headhunting practice that has placed candidates and teams for some of the leading companies in the real estate market.
Prior to setting up Mayfly Search, Juliet worked at SouSou Partners in both London and New York, providing search services for clients across Europe and the United States. Before becoming a headhunter Juliet worked in the advertising industry in Dublin. She holds a First Class Post Graduate degree in Entrepreneurial Studies and a Bachelors degree in History & Sociology.
Harriet Tissot
Harriet joined Mayfly Search as a researcher in 2012. She is now a Director of the company, having gained extensive experience over the last 13 years, she works across all aspects of the business, from long term strategy to the day to day running of operations.
Harriet was previously an Account Director at a boutique Travel PR and Marketing Agency, looking after some of the most exclusive hotels and resorts in the world, including Richard Branson’s Necker Island, Six Senses Hotels and Resorts and Sandy Lane in Barbados. She has an MA in History of Art from Edinburgh University.
